http://www.shix.it/oy/343/5980.html It is no secret that we live in a time when marriages (and relationships) have a high rate of long-term failure. This is due to many factors, but especially because we often really get to understand our own and our partner’s core values at a later time. It also occurs because we develop detrimental patterns of behavior which serve to undermine and erode a wonderful and intimate connection over time. Start off right, and don’t end up as a negative statistic. Learn the research-proven ways to address difficult and seemingly simple life issues in a manner that will not make your relationship toxic. Explore your value systems and to get to know one another in a more thorough way. We will utilize effective tools to explore each other’s life dreams and hopes, core values and areas of difference. Exploring these issues increases intimacy, communication and your ability to work together before you tie the knot. It exponentially increases your chances for success.

http://www.epilepsyoutlook.org.uk/cri-4549 I offer family therapy for families struggling with adapting to a number of issues and want to be seen in a group, a couple or individual sessions with children/adolescents. There are many issues that threaten family harmony, such as divorce, major life changes, adapting to the challenges of adolescence, overcoming a traumatic experience, a death in the family, coping with substance abuse and mental health issues in the family and general parenting, among other relevant issues. Group sessions allow me to observe family interactions and communication first-hand. In order to meet a family’s needs, we can configure those participating in sessions differently as both parents and siblings and other relevant members cannot always attend at the same time. If child therapy is necessary, then parents are highly encouraged to participate as without them in most session, therapy is often less effective. Depending on the intensity of the situation, I can offer longer sessions, several sessions a week or other combinations.
strategie forex a 5 minuti I offer brief and long-term psychotherapy for adults. My style is warm, collaborative and interactive. I encourage clients to bring all of themselves to our work together. Whether you are in crisis, just feel stuck or are seeking the support to make a radical change in your life, we will explore your life and create a map that leads you to change and to insight.

Hypnosis has a long history and there are many myths about its uses. I am trained in what is referred to as Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is especially useful to treat anxiety related issues, phobias and for general stress relief and relaxation. It is also useful during child labor and for some types of addictions. Hypnosis becomes therapeutic through achieving what is known as a state of “trance” which can be “light” or “deep.” There are many types of trance and is my belief that natural trance states occur naturally and frequently throughout the day for most individuals, without their conscious awareness. One of the founding beliefs of this type of hypnotherapy is that the unconscious is always “listening” and that whether or not a patient was in trance, suggestions could be made which would have a hypnotic influence, as long as those suggestions found some resonance at the unconscious level. As the scope of hypnotherapy, its history and its uses is far too great to include here I encourage you to read up on it and/or to call my office for a free telephone consultation and information about hypnosis and whether it would be beneficial for you. You can read more about hypnotherapy and Milton Erickson here: http://www.erickson-foundation.org/ and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_H._Erickson
